What AgentBNB is
AgentBNB is an AI agent that trades from your own wallet by rules you set in plain words. You write a mandate, for example "majors only, never more than a fifth in one coin, out at −8%." A model turns it into a formal policy, you sign it, and a contract on your ERC-4337 smart account enforces it. Every executed move and every refused one is logged on-chain with its reason.
The agent holds no keys and the platform has no withdrawal rights. You can revoke access in one transaction. AgentBNB is an independent project and is not affiliated with Binance; "BNB" refers to the public BNB Chain network.
$AGNT is the platform's utility token. It pays for agent operations through a paymaster, earns stakers a share of 50% of platform fees in USDC, halves the 10% performance fee when used to pay it, and carries governance votes.
Presale stages and token price
The presale offers 300,000,000 AGNT, 30% of the fixed 1,000,000,000 supply, split into 10 rounds of 30,000,000 AGNT. The price rises every round. A round closes when it sells out or when its scheduled time ends. According to the project, earlier rounds take more risk on an earlier-stage product, and the ladder reflects that.

This is the whitepaper ladder; check the presale page for the round that is open now. The planned listing price is $0.02 on a BNB Chain DEX at TGE. That figure is a launch parameter, not a forecast: the market price after listing may be lower, including materially lower.
The hard cap is about $3.72M if every round sells out. The initial target is $2.4M.

Governance-controlled after TGE
There is no minting beyond the fixed supply, and unsold presale tokens are burned at TGE.
Presale funds are planned to go 40% to product and protocol development, 25% to DEX liquidity, 20% to marketing and growth, 10% to audit and legal, and 5% to an operations reserve.
Vesting and timeline
Purchases are recorded against your paying address as soon as they land on-chain. At TGE, 50% of your AGNT unlocks. The remaining 50% unlocks linearly over the following two months.
TGE is planned for Q1 2027. The roadmap for that quarter also includes a smart-contract audit by SolidProof, completed before TGE with a published report, the $AGNT paymaster, the staking vault with USDC revenue share, and disclosure of the team. Before that, Q4 2026 covers presale rounds 1–10 and a public beta of the Accumulator and Rotator roles.
Risks to weigh
AgentBNB is open about what is not done yet, and buyers should be too.
